90 minute bread

90 Minute Bread

4 cups of warm water

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup yeast

4 tsp salt

1/2 cup oil

10-12 cups flour

dissolve the yeast in the sugar and warm water. Let it sit for 2-3 min. until the mixture is bubbling. Stir in salt, oil and enough flour to make a soft dough. Pour out into a floured surface and divide into 3 portions Let it rise for to min.

Knead for 5 min. for each portion (15 min. total) Shape the dough into loaves and place into a well oiled loaf pan (I recommend a warm stone ware pan) Let it rise for about 20 min. then bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove for pan immediately and let cook on rack.

For Cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls make half the recipe but still use a cup of sugar, and add two eggs

cook's notes: I used 8 cups of regular flour and two cups of oat meal. you can substitute any type of flour, just as long as you add up 10-12 cups.

I love this bread, It's so amazing. it took 90 mins, just like it said, but I love it because it will make three loaves so you only have to make your bread once a week.
