Hey Lisa! Do you remember me from Iowa? Sorry to kind of hunt you down but I have a question :) That cookbook that our ward put together a few years ago (remember that?), it has a recipe in there for Strawberry Citrus Muffins that sounds so yummy to me. I've had it marked for a number of years hoping to try it but never have. The reason why is because it is mission a number for the flour... It says that you were the awesome cook who submitted it so I am finally tracking you down so I can make the right recipe! So in the book it says 2 1/C flour... is it 2 1/2 or 2 1/4 or....... I would Love if you could email me and let me know. I'm glad to see you are all doing well, you have two beautiful children!
