Make sure you are brushing your teeth a lot or rinsing your mouth afterwards. Juice has sugar in it and when drinking that much in a day it can have devastating effects on your mouth, esp taking into account the other changes in your habits that are probably taking effect. Some tips: drink with a straw and try to drink it with meals or all at once.
